Our entire line is available in “One Size” only, as the fabric stretches to fit. So this measurement chart should be used as a general guide only.

Bust: Use a flexible measuring tape and measure the circumference around body over the fullest part of the bust, while wearing a correct fitting bra. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel with the floor all the way around. The tape should be flat but not too tight.

Waist: Measure the circumference around body at your natural waistline. Your waistline is the narrowest or slimmest part of torso. Note: waist measurement is a reference measurement. So make sure to measure at the point where the torso is slimmest, and NOT where you want your pants to sit (this is a usual mistake). Still not sure where your waistline is? stand in front of a mirror, and bend to one side. Your waistline is simply where you can see a natural indentation in the torso on this side. The tape should be flat but not too tight.

Hips: Measure the circumference at the widest part of your hips, below the hip bone (usually one to two inches lower) where your butt is at its fullest. The tape should be flat but not too tight.

Inseam: Stand with your feet in running shoes. Measure from the crotch seam (the top of your inner leg) to the bottom of your inner leg.
